Our Story
D.S. Stoneworks LLC was founded with a simple belief: building a home should be a positive experience. Too many families have gone through the process feeling overwhelmed, underinformed, or let down by builders who overpromised and underdelivered. We set out to do it differently.
Based in Wakulla County, we have spent years learning this land — its soil, its climate, its communities. That local knowledge shapes every home we build, from the foundation up. We design for Florida living: energy efficiency, storm resilience, and layouts that make the most of the natural beauty surrounding us.
Whether you are building a fully custom home from the ground up or purchasing one of our move-in ready spec homes, you will work directly with Dan throughout the entire process. No layers of project managers or sales teams — just a straight conversation with the person responsible for your home.
